General principles of the Bill

1. What are your views on the general principles of the Health and Social Care (Wales) Bill?

Has a parent I assume that's covered for children. But as a adult there's lack of I pay a d only receive minimum hour. Worse is they cause debts to users because they take so long to set payments up.

2. Is there a need for legislation to deliver the Welsh Government’s stated policy intention?

3. What are your views on Part 1, Chapter 1 of the Bill (sections 1-13), which makes provision intended to restrict the extraction of profit by providers of children’s care home services, secure accommodation services and fostering services

Sorry I have no children grown up.

4. What are your views on Part 1, Chapter 2 of the Bill (sections 14-22 and schedule 1), which makes a number of amendments in relation to social care services, social care workers and local authority social services, intended to ensure that the 2014 and 2016 Acts can operate fully and effectively

I not sure I think so they should comply better

5. What are your views on Part 2 of the Bill (sections 23-26 and schedule 2), which relates to health care, and makes amendments to the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006 in order to enable the introduction of direct payments within NHS Continuing Healthcare

If you did that it's not nhs and it's a lot without nhs care and some need it.

6. What are your views on Part 3 of the Bill (sections 27-30) which contains a number of general provisions, including in relation to regulations, interpretation, consequential and transitional provisions, and coming into force provisions

I not sure I no my adult son is struggling being under 25 and saying they preparing him to be independent that's great but when support services are workers not from companies they set a say to come do some cooking with them but never turn up. Specify when I to pay for my support they actual need to help me cook for life! And it could ash with no set time. Needs to be got on top of if you traitor keep young ones independent. But far to many still acutely at home at can not get on housing less I reach 55 and get out my house in a retirement place too big for a one person for a house!

To clients a lot specially how long it takes to sort it putting clients and companies in debt

My assessment been rubbish not enough support to complete tasks in a care plan. And helping getting folk appointments with support. If I go over my time with health appointments where I need help to understand. I get 3 hours a month a y more comes of my other support and can leave me with less food or no shopping

12. What are your views on the approach taken by the Welsh Government to the development of the policy and legislative proposals reflected in the Bill.

I think they need to stop doing before finding out the impact it can give to everyone
